The momentum machine is fully behind the Nashville Startup Weekend.
As mentioned before the dates are October 10-12 at Owens School of Management at Vanderbilt.
Currently we have over 120 people participating in active conversations at the unofficial NSW site. Come on over, sign up, and throw your hat into the ring at http://www.nashvillestartup.ning.com or http://www.nashvillestartupweekend.com! (Thanks, Andrew!)

Currently, we have 71 members on the Nashville Startup Weekend ning site. There are some great conversations happening around all things SW.
We started a new forum category yesterday for people to post their potential ideas for the Nashville event. This is a great place to get (and give!) preliminary feedback before the weekend is upon us.
We spoke with Eric Matthews from Memphis SW yesterday. He provided extremely valuable tips and information that they learned during their recent event. With their continued support, we are looking to make Nashville SW one of the most successful to date.
Let us know if you have any questions for us.

Eight months after initially speaking with Andrew about bringing Startup Weekend to Nashville, Clayton Stobbs has officially announced that Nashville is on the schedule. October 10-12 at Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Management is the date and place to be.
We will be making all official announcements on this blog. If you want to join (and participate) in the discussions with the NSW community, you can do so at http://nashvillestartup.ning.com/.
It’s time for all of us who talk about Nashville’s hidden technology and entrepreneurial talent to come out and help prove those stories accurate!
